Why might the Aviation Security Officer not be able to find the Training Participant to register for the Aviation Security Training?
It is possible that the training participant has not yet registered, or has registered but has not yet redeemed the licence code for the aviation security training. If there are still challenges, please contact the support team at support@iLearn24.de. Everything will be checked there and you will receive a response within 48 hours on working days Monday to Friday (except public holidays in NRW).
