In flight operations, risks arise not only in obvious hazardous situations, but often also where they are underestimated. The newly launched online training course “Occupational Safety for Flight Operations – Cockpit Crew” is specifically aimed at cockpit crew members.

In accordance with German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) guidelines, it provides concise and practical information on the relevant occupational health and safety risks for cockpit crew – from traveling in the crew bus to staying on the apron to possible layovers.

Human Factors: Ramp Resource Management for Ground Handling Services (GHS)

Our new online training “Human Factors: Ramp Resource Management for Ground Handling” delivers a complex topic in a short, efficient learning format – practical, easy to understand, and closely aligned with the turnaround process. The course already incorporates the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2025/20, 2025/007/R and the relevant EASA guidance material.

Participants learn to recognise human performance factors in ramp operations, avoid common sources of error, and strengthen teamwork and safety throughout the turnaround. The training features a new design with functions such as adjustable speech speed, is fully bilingual (EN/DE), professionally narrated and concludes with a certificate – ideal for diverse and international ground handling teams.
