Why might the Aviation Security Officer not be able to find the Training Participant to enter the Background Check Data (ZÜP)?
In this case, it may be that the training participant has only registered but not yet redeemed a licence code, for which a Background Check Data (ZÜP) is required. If nothing has worked, please contact the support team: support@iLearn24.de. Everything will be checked there and you will receive feedback and a solution within 48 hours on working days Monday to Friday (except public holidays in NRW).
