How can I request a new Password?
If you have forgotten your password for accessing the iLearn24® learning management system (LMS) - and therefore your training - you can request a new password at any time using the ‘Forgot password’ function below the login to the LMS. To do this, follow the few simple steps indicated there.
If you do not receive the e-mail with the link to generate a new password even after a few minutes, please be sure to check the spam folder of your e-mail inbox.
